One of the first things that I wanted to create when I started painting was Abstract Crosses of some sort and this is what I came up with. I really love making these crosses. I love laying colors on the canvas and spreading it out with a fan brush to get the effects of this piece. This abstract cross is done on an 8×10 Canvas board and it was done with acrylic paints using a Palette knife and fan paint brush. There are many different shades of blues and purples in this piece as well as some yellow and greens throughout it as well.
